Our Grass Fed Beef Burger begins with quality cattle raised on the lush green pastures of southeast Nebraska. In the winter months they are fed a diet of high quality hay. We prefer cows ranging in age from 3-8 years old which have lived on grass their entire life. They are never given any hormone injections and we never feed any antibiotics. These older animals provide a leaner burger with excellent flavor. The thing that sets our burger apart from others is that we grind all of the steaks and roast, right into the burger. All of our Beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility.
